How long will it take to receive my bag?
At this time, I have several bags made and are ready to ship. I will convo you if the design you ordered is temporarily sold out.

Where are FFIT Bags made?
FFIT Bags are made both in San Francisco and Los Gatos, CA USA.

What are your shipping rates?
FedEx Ground Shipping (1-5 business days)    $10

U.S. Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)    $5 - $15 Varies based on your ship to address. I will reimburse any remaining shipping fees.

Canada    $15

Everywhere Else    $25

How do you accept payment?
I only accept PayPal/credit cards. Immediate payment after purchase is appreciated! If payment has not been received within 3 days, the sale will be canceled.

Spot clean as needed. Do NOT place in washing machine.

There's a blemish on my FFIT Bag, is this a defect?
All FFIT Bags are a combination of new and repurposed materials. For example: seat belt (straps), bike inner tube (handle, zipper-stop), and woven sailcloth (back pocket) Unsightly marks are removed to the best of my ability, but in some cases you may notice blemishes, which we think adds character.
